Dealer customer programme

Your customers order conveniently in the rotatec shop, you remain their contact and receive a 15 % support fee on every order. No stock, no invoicing, no extra work.

How it works

   Dealer access
   You are an approved rotatec dealer partner. Not yet? Apply in two minutes.

   Register customers
   In your dealer account under «My customers» you enter your customers' e-mail addresses, one by one or as a list.

   Customer connects
   If the customer registers with this address, they are assigned to you automatically. If they already have an account, they confirm the assignment with one click.

   Customer orders
   The customer buys in the shop at the regular shop conditions, rotatec ships from Appenzell and issues the invoice. No work for you.

   You receive the fee
   Each quarter you receive a statement with 15 % of the net goods value of all your customers' orders. You invoice us for it.

What is in it for you

Good to know

• You register only addresses of customers with whom a business relationship exists, and you inform the customer. Addresses without a shop account receive no message from us.
• Existing shop customers expressly agree to the assignment. Every customer can end the assignment in their account at any time.
• You see turnover totals per quarter, no order details, addresses or payment data.
• Your own orders and orders of connected accounts are not remunerated. Assigned customers no longer generate referral credit.
• Statements below 50 per currency are carried over to the next quarter. Credit notes and cancellations are corrected in the next statement.
• If the annual confirmation is missing, no fee arises from the due date until you confirm; the assignment remains.
